Hi Liberty was built on a simple premise: teams in Southeast Asia shouldn't have to route their AI traffic — or their data — through infrastructure on the other side of the world.
Hi Liberty was founded in Bangkok in January 2023 as Hi Liberty Tech Company Limited, a digital services partner working with Thai businesses and ASEAN cross-border investors on platform development, e-commerce, digital marketing and business strategy consulting.
Building software for clients across the region, we kept running into the same wall: production-grade AI inference for Southeast Asia either didn't exist locally or meant routing data through infrastructure on another continent. So we made a decision to focus the company entirely on solving that problem. Hi Liberty is now reorganized as Hi Liberty Token Factory — the same team and Bangkok office, applied to one thing: open-source model inference, built and hosted natively in Southeast Asia.
Most inference platforms are built for one region and expanded to others as an afterthought. Hi Liberty started the other way around: our endpoints, our compliance posture and our support team are all native to Southeast Asia, not bolted on.
We believe open-source models deserve production-grade infrastructure without forcing teams to give up ownership of their stack. That means transparent pricing, no lock-in to a proprietary model family, and data that never has to leave the region it was generated in.
We build on open-source models first, and we contribute benchmark results back to the community.

Hi Liberty is processed exclusively within our Southeast Asia facilities. Zero-retention mode is available for accounts that don't want requests or outputs stored or reused for training.
Requests and outputs are never used to train shared models unless you explicitly opt in. Zero-retention accounts skip storage entirely.
SSO and role-based access control are available on enterprise plans, with per-project API keys and audit logs.
Security issues can be reported to our team directly, and we notify affected accounts by email for any incident impacting service availability.
