These terms govern access to and use of Hi Liberty's Token Factory platform ("the Service"), operated by Hi Liberty, Inc. from Bangkok, Thailand. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The Service is currently available only to individuals and organizations based in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. We may decline or suspend accounts outside this scope.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or billing, or to reverse-engineer model weights served through the platform.
Usage is billed per token, in arrears, at the rates published on our pricing page at the time of use. Volume discounts apply automatically once qualifying thresholds are met.
We target the uptime SLAs published for your account tier but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Current status is published on our status page.
Either party may terminate an account at any time. Outstanding usage is billed up to the point of termination.
This policy describes how Hi Liberty, Inc. collects and processes personal data in connection with the Service.
Account details you provide at signup (name, email, company, country), billing information, and API usage metadata needed to operate and bill the Service.
By default, request and response content is processed only to serve your request and is not retained. Zero-retention accounts skip storage entirely; standard accounts may retain short-term logs for abuse prevention, deleted on a rolling basis.
All processing occurs within our Southeast Asia facilities in Singapore, Jakarta and Bangkok. Data does not leave the region.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting contact@hiliberty.ai.
This site and dashboard use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences.
Used to maintain your session after logging in. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
Used to remember display settings such as your last-selected model flavor in the dashboard.
We use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand feature usage on the marketing site. No analytics cookies are set on the API itself.
